Our blend of 70% Tempranillo and 30% Cabernet Sauvignon is a complex mix of two bold, full-bodied grapes. We hand picked and selected the finest Tempranillo and Cabernet Sauvignon clusters from our estate vineyard in Celina and from the Iron Bird vineyard in Whitesboro to create this elegant wine. Aromas of black cherry and strawberry and flavors of dried fruit, vanilla and plum round out this dry wine.
Finish: Dry and layered with a smooth, fruit-forward body.
Food Pairings: Serve with your favorite steak, roasted pork, or lamb dishes.
