Made at our Estate Winery near Celina, Texas from grapes grown for us on the Oswald Vineyard near Brownfield on the Texas High Plains AVA. Crisp flavors of lemon and fruit with a slight saltiness from the sea.
Perfect with seafood, especially fried or raw osyters, grilled fish or fresh clams.
