Rental Pricing
Rental prices listed below are subject to change. Please contact us to get a free quote for your next event.
Required Rentals
Security Deposit: $250.00 (Refundable)
Deposit will be refunded within one week after event if there is no damage to the facility.
Property Rental: Hourly rate includes use of the vineyard, event barn, gazebo, pond, parking and grounds
- Weekdays (Monday through Thursday): $100 per hour
- Weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday): $150 per hour
Occupancy Chart:
- Event Barn: 75 max seating, 150 max standing
- Vineyard: 300+ seating
- Gazebo:
- Inside Gazebo: 20 max seating
- Gazebo Front Lawn: 300+ seating
Setup/Break Down Charge: $100.00 for length of event

Chair/Table Rental (Optional)
- Chairs: $1.00 Each
- Tables (6 ft or 8 ft long, Rectangle): $8.00 Each
- Tables (6 ft Round): $10.00 Each
- Table Cloths (For Round or Rectangular Tables): $8.00 Each
Service Rental (Optional)
- Parking Attendants: $50 each for length of event
(At least two attendants are recommended for parties over 60 people, if you feel the
average will be 2 people per car)
- Servers: 2 Hour Minimum @ $15 per hour each server, $15 each additional hour
(Servers are recommended for catered events, unless food is self-serve or "buffet style")
Media Rental: (Optional) $100.00 for length of event
Media rental includes access to the following equipment:

world. Colors projected by DLP do not fade over time, ensuring that your presentations
and videos will always look their best at Eden Hill Farm and Vineyard.
