We handpicked the ripest Cabernet Sauvignon clusters on a clear, cool morning from the Iron Bird Vineyard near Whitesboro, Texas. The wine was aged for 18 months in new French, American and neutral barrels that resulted in soft, smooth tannins. Our Cabernet Sauvignon presents aromas and flavors of cinammon, honey and strawberry with a long, supple finish. Unfiltered. Sediment is normal.
Food Pairings: Serve with buttery prime rib, beef tenderloin, or your favorite pasta dish.
