Grapes for our Roussanne (roo-SAHN) wine come from the Oswald Vineyard in Brownfield, Texas, where the warm days and cool nights of the high desert intensify the wines' flavors of pear, pineapple and honey. This rich, full-bodied dry wine was cold-fermented in stainless steel tanks to retain its fresh fruit aromas. Complex and layered, our Roussanne wine is delicious when served young and will also age well for years to come.
Finish: Dry and luxurious with a mouth-filling full body.
Food Pairings: Serve with pecan crusted fish, roasted chicken, or pasta with cream sauce.
